This piece features my favourite sign in Dublin, The iconic ‘Why go Bald’ sign on George’s street. I love when it is lit up on a cold dark Winter’s evening when you are on your way home. It’s part of Dublin. I have a love for all things Americana especially Route 66 and desert motel signs all lit up in neon. I always felt that the ‘Why go Bald’ looked like it was taken straight out of Route 66 and slapped on a wall on Georges street. So I put in back on Route 66 in this piece.
