Bulgur Wheat Salad

Welcome to my first ever food blog. I thought I'd start off super simple and do a Bulgur Wheat Salad. It's really simple and tastes amazing.

Simmer the Bulgar Wheat for 15/20 minutes drain and allow to cool, drain the chick peas if you are using tined or soak over night if you are using dry. Cut up 2 large red onions , 2 tomatos and a hand full of coriander. Mix the whole lot together.

Dressing - squeeze two fresh limes some malt vinegar and olive oil add salt and pepper to taste. add this to the salad

For best results allow it to rest for a few hours
